Noodle is higher education’s leading strategy, services, and technology partner. We develop infrastructure, provide life-changing learning experiences, and grow the awareness of and the enrollment in some of the best academic institutions in the world. Our vision is “to empower universities to change the world.” We achieve this vision by offering our university partners various products and services that help them be more resilient, responsive, efficient, and interconnected.
We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, and thoughtful marketer to deliver exceptional marketing services to our university partners. As an Integrated Marketing Director, your role will include overseeing marketing account management and collaborating with service teams to ensure smooth, timely, and profitable delivery of marketing services. As part of our overarching Strategy & Planning team, you will also contribute to internal initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing tactics.
Collaborating with marketing and other functional teams—including media, analytics, enrollment, project management, and partner success—you will contribute directly to growing the marketing efforts for a portfolio of for-credit and non-credit programs. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will collaborate with strategists and SMEs to solve interesting marketing problems and stakeholder relationship management challenges every day.

As a Director of Integrated Marketing you will:

  • Partner Engagement: Serve as the primary marketing contact for a portfolio of partners, which includes building strong relationships, ensuring exceptional partner satisfaction, and helping our partner universities understand the impact of our work on achieving their goals.
  • Marketing Ecosystem Execution: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of Noodle’s integrated marketing strategies, including implementation across pre-launch, launch, steady-state, and growth phases aligned to approved budget and scope.
  • Performance Insights: Review dashboards and generate insights to optimize marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and the enhancement of the institution’s market position.
  • Storytelling: Synthesize key insights, recommendations, and plans in a clear, concise, and coherent way; create executive-level materials and presentations to drive buy-in and alignment.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong partnerships with stakeholders within marketing and with other functions; drive alignment on key priorities across this diverse stakeholder set.
  • Supervision & Team Collaboration: Oversee aligned Brand & Planning Coordinator(s) who will support marketing project coordination. Collaborate with a team of Integrated Marketing Directors, Strategists, Planners, and Subject Matter Experts working across the portfolio to cultivate best practices and innovative solutions through an in-depth understanding of Noodle’s marketing products, processes, and systems/tools.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 7-10 years of previous marketing experience, with a significant portion in higher education, education technology, or B2B2C business models
  • Previous experience managing direct reports preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in building strong cross-functional and senior-level relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment throughout an entire partnership
  • Experience reviewing marketing content created for clients
  • Familiarity with Wrike, or a similar project management system, is a plus
  • Ability to delegate and follow up with partners, colleagues, and vendors in a positive and effective manner
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing, matrix environment by effectively working across diverse groups and hierarchical levels

Role Requirements:

  • Location: Must reside in the continental US, within close proximity to a major airport to facilitate travel to partner universities, as the role requires travel up to 20% of the time
  • Internet Connectivity: As this role is primarily remote, a reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential, along with a quiet, organized workspace for participating in camera-on, partner-facing meetings
