Noodle’s Marketing Strategy & Planning team is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and collaborative Marketing Strategic Planning Coordinator to support our strategic annual planning process for our university partnerships.
The role’s primary function is to support the marketing annual strategic planning process by translating our higher education partners’ Statements of Work (SOWs) into strategic and scalable plans to support institutional marketing and recruitment goals, and operationalize those plans in our project management system for successful execution.
As the Coordinator, Marketing Strategic Planning, you will work closely with the Director, Marketing Strategic Planning to ensure that planned initiatives are aligned with broader strategic and organizational goals and documented effectively.

As our Coordinator, Marketing Strategic Planning you will:

  • Partner with the Director, Marketing Strategic Planning to manage the annual planning process that converts Statements of Work (SOWs) and strategic priorities into annual plans, collaborating with the Account Management and Strategy teams to ensure that plans satisfy scopes
  • Own documentation of the planning process, planning meeting notes, project builds, and changes to annual plans on an ongoing basis
  • Organize, facilitate, and lead planning meetings and presentations with internal stakeholders across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Build annual plan projects in project management system, ensuring accuracy in alignment with scope, budget, and plan to facilitate effective ongoing day-to-day project management
  • Collaborate seamlessly with marketing services teams to align planned project work with partner and performance priorities, in order to facilitate effective project briefing and kickoff
  • Monitor cross-functional team members’ capacity, resources, and project statuses, anticipating and identifying risks when applicable
  • Lead the development of playbooks, best practices, and template libraries that will support the planning process year-over-year
  • Drive continuous improvement on the annual planning process and tools by facilitating proactive feedback loops

You have:

  • 1-3 years of relevant previous experience, with higher education industry experience preferred
  • Prior marketing planning or project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or corresponding field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a bias toward documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using project management tools such as Wrike.com or similar
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
  • Interest in working with a small but mighty mission-driven team is a bonus
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and project management tools

Role Requirements:

  • Internet Connectivity: As this role is primarily remote, a reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential, along with a quiet, organized workspace for participating in camera-on meetings.
  • Core Business Hours: Available during core hours from 9am-5pm. Start and end times may flex slightly based on your time zone.
