Head of Marketing (Brand & Content)

📌 Position Title: Head of Marketing
🌍 Location: USA – 100% Remote
💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience
📝 Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
🤝 Reporting To: Chief Revenue Officer

As Nexford's Head of Marketing, you will shape our brand, drive awareness, and fuel growth. This role is hands-on, requiring a creative leader who excels in both brand and content marketing and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will execute plans, manage campaigns, and expand our presence in the US and across the world. Your success will help Nexford become the largest education-to-employment platform worldwide.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Create and Implement Marketing Strategies: Drive brand awareness, learner enrollment, and brand partnerships
  • Lead and Develop the Marketing Team: Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
  • Ensure Consistent Brand Messaging: Oversee all marketing materials to maintain a strong brand identity.
  • Build Community: You will come up with creative ways to build a global community and social following.

Skills and Qualifications 🌟

  • Experience in recruiting, leading, and inspiring high-performing marketing teams.
  • Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive multi-touch marketing campaigns.
  • Strong background in brand and content marketing.
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on execution.
  • Experience in the education or EdTech sector.
  • Proven success in US and international markets.
  • Ability to embrace change and pivot quickly.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
