Role Impact 🚀

As an Admission Officer, you will manage application reviews and support learners through the admissions process. You will ensure accuracy of records, timely progression of applications, and a seamless learner experience by coordinating with internal teams and verifying required documentation.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Review and process applications to move learners to enrolment without delays.
  • Audit admission decisions to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain and update learner records across all internal systems in real time.
  • Verify official academic documents for completeness and integrity.
  • Proactively contact learners with pending documents to keep their journey on track.
  • Support monthly virtual sessions guiding applicants through the admissions process.
  • Propose concrete improvements to reduce friction in the admission journey.

Skills & Qualifications 🌟

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology or related field.
  • 2+ years in admissions, data management or customer service — EdTech is a bonus.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail under volume and pressure.
  • Clear communicator across email, phone and digital tools.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, regulated, documentation-heavy environments.
  • Culturally aware — our learners come from 110+ countries.
