We’re looking for a strategic, detail-obsessed Creative Designer who thrives in startup environments and doesn’t just design-they solve problems, bring ideas to life, and make brand moments unforgettable. What You’ll Do:

• Design a wide range of assets across multiple mediums: social, web, paid media, email, slide decks, print, and more
• Work alongside marketing and brand leads to deliver compelling creative that aligns with strategic goals
• Manage your projects independently-keeping things organized, on track, and on time
• Bring fresh ideas to the table while honoring brand guidelines
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and tight timelines without sacrificing quality
• Elevate the visual identity of the brand with each deliverable

✨ You’re a Fit If You

• Are able to work at least 5 overlapping hours with EST, and have experience working with US-based team members
• A strong visual storyteller with a strategic mindset—you ask "why" before jumping into "how"
• Have started to experiment with AI tools to boost your own productivity
• Have 4+ years of creative design experience, ideally in a B2C tech startup
• Versatile and creative across various design formats and channels
• Experienced with startups or fast-paced environments—you know how to thrive in organized chaos
• Incredibly detail-oriented—kerning, alignment, and consistency matter deeply to you

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design
• Comfort with Canva for quick-turn or templated design needs
• Solid understanding of design for digital marketing, including social, ads, and email
• Excellent project management and communication skills

Bonus Points:

• Experience with light motion graphics or video editing
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana
