We’re looking for a wildly creative Video Editor who lives and breathes social media, storytelling, and high-quality post-production. If you can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping TikToks, thumb-stopping Reels, and clean, professional webinar clips — we want to meet you. We're looking for someone who can both edit raw footage and create new videos from scratch using a range of tools.
🔥 What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end editing for short-form and long-form video across channels (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube, Shorts, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
- Edit high-impact content including:
- TikToks with native trends, transitions, hooks & sounds
- Thought leadership videos with captions, b-roll & sound design
- UGC-style videos and motion graphics
- Webinar clips, explainer videos, and sizzle reels
- TikToks with native trends, transitions, hooks & sounds
- Collaborate with the Head of Growth Ops, creative team, and content strategists to storyboard, plan, and prioritize projects weekly
- Maintain Nexford’s visual identity across all video content while pushing creative boundaries
- Add text overlays, transitions, branded elements, sound effects, and music
- Manage timelines, requests, and asset libraries via tools like Asana, Google Drive, and Slack
✨ You’re a Fit If You
- Are able to work at least 5 overlapping hours with EST, and have experience working with US-based team members
- Have started to experiment with AI tools to boost your own productivity
- Have 4+ years of video editing experience, ideally in a B2C tech startup
- Can show a portfolio with short-form, social-first video content that’s polished and modern
- Are obsessed with TikTok trends, IG Reels hooks, and storytelling that converts
- Understand how to optimize content for in-feed consumption, not just views
- Can manage multiple projects without dropping the ball — you’re organized and know how to hit deadlines
- Are fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro, and know your way around motion graphics
Bonus: You can edit in CapCut or Descript, and dabble in light animation

- Familiarity with performance marketing or paid media ad formats
- Experience creating videos for a US audience
- A background in project management or creative production workflows
