Who You Are
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial product manager to join our team as Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will take the lead in executing our product vision and supporting platform engagement and efficiency for both internal and external users. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an amazing team making a positive difference in the world.
What You'll Do
- Drive execution of the product vision, in close collaboration with Chief Strategy and Operating Officer
- Develop a deep understanding of the client and internal team experience, and use your insights to identify and design platform enhancements that increase efficiency, reliability, flexibility and enjoyability of the platform
- Own the product backlog, from ticket creation to feature design and acceptance criteria
- Manage the work of UX/UI contractors
- Contribute to feature documentation and draft user guides
- Own or support additional product-related tasks as the need arises
Your Qualifications
- 4+ years in product management in a fast-paced company
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience managing product backlog, including feature articulation, technical requirements and acceptance criteria
- Demonstrated ability to operate at broad scope from initial feature conception through to deployment, QA and iteration
- Strong project management skills, able to organize and keep multiple initiatives on track
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
- Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to grow and learn
Preferred
- Experience with APIs, social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter, and enterprise software is a plus.
- Software engineering experience
- Data analysis (SQL, Python) experience
