We do this by giving smart, creative, passionate people opportunities to create awesome. And that's where you come in:
As a Web Producer at Instructure, you'll be a core contributor to the team that builds and maintains the digital experiences representing our brand to the world. Working within a collaborative web production team, you'll take on assigned production work, contribute to audit and QA cycles, and help keep our site accurate, consistent, and on-brand. You'll work closely with your team and cross-functional partners across Marketing, Design, Development, UX, and Project Management to execute web initiatives with quality and care.
This role is fully remote and based in the Philippines. You'll work with a distributed global team, so you're comfortable managing assigned work independently and staying in sync across time zones.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Build, edit, and optimize web pages using pre-existing components and templates within Drupal, following brand standards and best practices as directed.
Implement SEO/GEO best practices across assigned web content, including meta descriptions, alt text, keyword placement, and on-page optimization.
Perform QA checks on assigned pages and projects to catch broken links, outdated content, and technical issues before they reach the user.
Contribute to periodic web content audits within assigned scope, documenting findings accurately and flagging issues for the team.
Support web content audits within assigned scope in coordination with the SEO team, documenting findings accurately and flagging issues for the team.
Surface recurring issues and observations from your day-to-day work and share them with the team to inform process improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners on assigned projects to make sure content is ready, accurate, and on time.
What we're looking for:
Hands-on experience building and managing web content in a CMS, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
Solid understanding of SEO and UX best practices, and the ability to apply both in a production environment.
Comfortable working within defined scope and processes, while staying proactive about flagging issues and communicating progress.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assigned tasks independently without losing quality.
Comfortable working asynchronously with a global, cross-functional team across multiple time zones.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
The must-haves:
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience.
2-3 years in web production or digital content operations.
Working experience with at least one CMS; Drupal experience is a strong plus
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog or equivalent.
Experience participating in content audits or structured QA processes.
Proficiency with collaboration tools: Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
Get in on all the awesome at Instructure!
