We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically driven Sr Corporate FP&A Analyst to join our global Finance organization. As part of the Corporate FP&A team, you will play a key role in preparing monthly reporting packages, building dashboards, improving data accuracy, and supporting standardized reporting processes. This role partners closely with Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales, and the FP&A team to ensure alignment and data consistency for executive-level reporting. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy working with large datasets, building efficient reporting tools, and helping create scalable, repeatable processes that support strong financial storytelling.

What you'll do:

    Reporting & Monthly Deliverables (~ 50%)
  • Prepare data tables, visualizations, and analysis for monthly/quarterly management reporting packages.
  • Build and maintain dashboards used by Finance and leadership teams
  • Prepare monthly flash reporting for key operational metrics.
  • Support the FP&A reporting calendar to ensure timely delivery of recurring reporting requirements.
  • Systems & Reporting Enablement (~ 40%)
  • Automated workflows (SQL, Python, Tableau)
  • Data/metric definition updates
  • User acceptance testing (UAT) for revenue attribution, data changes, or dashboard updates.
  • Adaptive Planning(our FP&A budgeting tool) workflows (data checks, extracts, alignment)
  • Assist with integrations between Adaptive and dashboards
  • Help maintain consistent reporting structures and a centralized dataset for bookings and financial actuals.
  • Analytics & Insights (~ 10%)
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests from FP&A, RevOps, Sales, and Strategy.
  • Investigate and reconcile data discrepancies across Snowflake, Salesforce, Tableau, and other systems.
  • Perform historical trend analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with RevOps to support actuals reporting, data validation, and commentary collection.
  • Partner with FP&A, Enterprise Systems, Revenue Operations teams to ensure alignment of data definitions and
  • reporting standards.
  • Support leadership discussions by preparing clear, accurate reporting inputs and visualizations.

What you will need to know/have:

    Experience & Qualifications
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, revenue operations, or a related analytical field.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • SQL or Python experience preferred; willingness to learn required.
  • Prior experience working with Snowflake, Salesforce, or other data systems is a plus.
  • Analytical & Technical Skills
  • Ability to work with large datasets and multiple source systems.
  • Skilled in building dashboards, reports, and automated workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Proven ability to analyze trends, identify data issues, and communicate insights clearly.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across Finance, RevOps, and Sales.
  • Comfortable working within recurring reporting cadence with tight deadlines.
