• System Monitoring: Ensure smooth IT operations by monitoring system performance and addressing potential issues.
• Collaborate and Improve: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and identify opportunities for process innovation.

Skills and Qualifications 🌟:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, ideally in a remote setting. Bonus points for EdTech or LMS experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of networking, cloud computing (Azure, O365), and ITIL concepts.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy and clarity.
